What is the coaching process

Coaching is a process that supposed to take you from where you are now to where you want to be.

If you do not know where you want to be and you feel that you are in chaos , then coaching is also for you because it helps you discover your goal and achieve it.

The coaching process is focused primarily on the present and the future.

During coaching sessions, the coach supports you in finding answers and getting closer to your goal by asking questions and selecting appropriate

How do I work

I am a certified Transformational Coach; I have a Transformational Coaching Diploma and other coaching certificates (read more about my qualifications in “About”).

During the sessions my clients’ needs are the most important to me. I treat each client with respect, and I select coaching methods, tools and tasks according to their individual needs. I have a lot of empathy and maintain a client centred approach making sure that the clients feel understood, accepted and valued. Also, I believe that in order to achieve self-fulfilment, people need to listen to their inner self, make their own decisions and be responsible for them. Every person knows, although they may not have discovered it yet, what will really make them happy and that’s why during coaching sessions I don’t give advice, I don’t tell clients what to do, I just support them to find their own solutions, discoveries and use their own resources.

During our sessions, in addition to setting a goal and an action plan, we focus on what are the blockages (often deeply rooted or hidden), limiting beliefs, and actions that are incompatible with the person’s values.

I also know how important the chemistry between the client and the person they’re working with is, therefore I always offer a free first consultation to see if what I offer is what the client needs.

My approach-> transformational coaching.

Transformational Coaching is for anyone who wants to change something in their life and is ready to work on themselves on a deeper level. So, in addition to setting the goals and creating an action plan, transformational coaching explores the client’s inner world of beliefs, values, assumptions and expectations.

Transformational Coaching also focuses on helping the client  become more aware of themselves, their identity, the meaning of their life, satisfaction, values and destiny.

From my own example and from the clients I work with, I see that deeper understanding of ourselves, our beliefs, how we see the world, and others helps in a more lasting change.

Also, this helps to create new ways of being, thinking and feeling in order to free people from being stuck in their current situation.
